How does it work?

We are using DeepConnect™ , an engagement method that uses psychological principles and personalized input to achieve instant, deep and lasting connections between participants.

1. Attendees fill out a survey sharing personal interests, areas of expertise and growth.

2. Next, the organizers curate personalized suggestions for conversation partners and topics, matching people with similar interests and identifying mentor/mentee matches without disclosing your answers.

3. Lastly, participants receive their person lists along with a name tag at event registration and spend the evening with conversations in a casual setting, following either the curated suggestions or spontaneous encounters.
