As female professionals in various career stages, we know that networking is important. Whether discussing careers and personal development with peers and mentors/mentees or simply trying to form a network in a new city - there are numerous motivations to meet new people. Yet, many events end in stiff encounters and repetitive small talk. We help you break the script!

Brought to you by ‘Here She Is’, this networking event uses an innovative approach to making connections. In a first step, attendees fill out a survey sharing personal interests, areas of expertise and growth. Next, the organizers curate personalized suggestions for conversation partners and topics, matching people with similar interests and identifying mentor/mentee couples. Lastly, participants receive their personal lists along with a name tag at event registration and spend the evening with conversations in a casual setting, following either the curated suggestions or spontaneous encounters.

The event location of ‘London Calling’ has been chosen for its living room style, conversation-enabling environment.

Here She Is was co-created by sisters Julia, Sarah and Ronja, who are based in Silicon Valley, Brussels and Vienna. Our mission is to enable personal development and visionary thinking for female professionals, leveraging the power of role models and mentoring. Through bi-weekly interviews and deep conversations, we give access to the minds of women who have created immense value and mastered extremely difficult situations. Here She Is is also dedicated to fostering the dialogue and network between women globally and across industries, through conference engagements, workshops and networking events.
